The next phase

A vision endures when the right people embrace it.

Standards endure when they outlive their time.

The next step for BONAPARTE is selected international markets and partners with local knowledge, operational strength and long-term ambition who can provide, directly or through their network:

02

A brand, not a brewery

BONAPARTE is a developed European premium beer and lifestyle brand, designed as transferable intellectual property for growth through licensing and strategic partnerships.

BONAPARTE is conceived as a brand and an intellectual property system, not as a brewery of its own. It connects identity, product know-how, recipes and specifications, packaging, hospitality, selected lifestyle products and further brand extensions.

Story

A heritage that inspires the future

The name BONAPARTE is no coincidence. It is a tribute to a visionary who understood that true leadership means setting the standard, not following it. We have woven the same philosophy into every bottle: considered, precise, uncompromising. Today the brand is ready to take this heritage to the next level with selected partners.

03

A universal premium identity

01
Mindset, not demographics

The brand is built around ambition, confidence, vision and refined taste, not age or conventional demographics.

02
A culturally transferable identity

The brand's values and visual language read just as clearly across different markets and cultures.

03
Built to last, not to trend

The visual language and positioning do not rely on short craft fashion cycles.

04
A protected European brand

BONAPARTE is a protected European trademark.

Leaders don't follow trends.
They set standards.

04 · Beer as the gateway

A good product creates the first contact with the brand.

The serve, the visual language, the packaging, the space and the whole experience then shape the wider world of BONAPARTE.

Brand World

Lifestyle Collection & Brand Objects

BONAPARTE is building a world of products, objects and experiences that goes beyond the moment over a glass of beer. The lifestyle collection is not designed as promotional material but as a considered part of the brand – products with their own aesthetic, functional and collectible value that people want to wear, use and keep.

This creates additional brand touchpoints and new revenue streams, and increases the value of BONAPARTE's intellectual property over the long term.

Controlled lifestyle collection

01

02
Controlled Production

Key products are manufactured through BONAPARTE HQ or approved suppliers to agreed standards.

BONAPARTE HQ retains creative, quality and economic control over key lifestyle categories.

06

The brand IP system

  1. 01 Product Beer as the point of entry.
  2. 02 Hospitality The brand, experienced in space.
  3. 03 Lifestyle Collection Objects, apparel and selected editions.
  4. 04 Brand IP Identity, trademark, recipes, specifications, visual system.
  5. 05 Governance Oversight, standards, approval and long-term consistency.

BONAPARTE is not a single product. It is a system.

07

From brand to place

The first spatial expression of the BONAPARTE world already exists.

BONAPARTE × Kunigunda Estate

At Kunigunda Estate, a new boutique tourism destination in Slovenia, the first BONAPARTE PUB has opened – a space where the brand also expresses itself through ambience, materials, serve, fittings and social life.

With it, BONAPARTE moved for the first time from product and visual system into a real hospitality environment.

08

The first living prototype

BONAPARTE PUB is not a franchise unit and not a finished format for other markets.

It is the brand's first real-world prototype in space – an environment where the brand can be observed in a real context through its visual language, beer, fittings, serving ritual, events and social experience.

It proves that the hospitality dimension of BONAPARTE is more than a concept on paper.

11

Value by design

BONAPARTE is not designed to compete on price. Premium positioning, a recognisable identity and a controlled brand world create room for higher perceived value, stronger price discipline and a more attractive margin structure for partners.

Further value is created through licensing, hospitality and a carefully controlled lifestyle collection.

12

What we expect from a partner

A partner must understand the local market, have access to the right decision-makers and be able to provide or organise the necessary operational resources. Depending on the chosen model, this may include production, distribution, logistics, hospitality operations, capital or a local sales network.

We don't expect one partner to have everything. What matters is the ability to build the right structure for the market.

15 · Let's talk

Together we can explore which model makes the most sense for your market.

A regional licence, local production or a hospitality concept is not a predefined offer. They are three possible paths to partnership, shaped around the market, the partner and real business potential.
